Our True Being ...

That we are made in the image and likeness of God affirms that our true Being—that which is life itself—is divinely spiritual: God in us and we in Him.  Ipso facto we are, each one of us, the very embodiment of God’s goodness and love.  To the extent we both live and breathe these God-given traits, ever mindful they are life’s providential guideposts, we come to know peace within.

“… , we come to know peace within.”

As Rosemary read, “… we  ‘entertain’  Truth and Love… ,” she imagined the divine synonyms for God in conversation around her dining room table.  She shared that Love was at the head and she was there with Mind, Spirit, Soul, Principle, Life and Truth.  This morning I imagined this scene.  I asked Truth, “How do you tell the truth?”  Truth looks at Compassion and says, “ I always speak the truth through Compassion,” and Compassion turns to Love and says, “I always speak through Love.”  The more my thought is entertained by images like this… I am knowing peace within.  blw
