Monday, October 21st is Calgary’s general
election. While at the Boy Scouts Hall yesterday awaiting our turn to cast our
Advance Vote, history surrounded us with many new and old pictures of
Scout troops adorning the cabin-like walls. As we proceeded through each
station we were greeted and helped by peoples from many countries, each with
their unique accent, all doing their best to belong. blw
