For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

“Reaching For The Light”
Overcoming
Self-Doubt … p 14

Self-doubt is a state of mind inhibiting our ability to become the person we are meant to be; a blight to be got rid of.

We begin by acknowledging we are each one of us God’s child, possessed of His Goodness and Love. Giving thanks to God throughout the day, in time, frees us from thoughts holding us down; thoughts if allowed to take hold in the mind shatter our self-confidence while at once reinforcing self-doubt.

Being in the presence of God is transformative: We become a new person, ever looking for the good in others and ever giving freely of ourself with love.
